Introduction & Scope

A modern, human-centered digital care ecosystem.

The digital transformation of healthcare is a key pillar for the sustainable development of health systems and the improvement of citizens’ quality of life. The eHEALTH-PLATFORM is designed as an integrated digital system that supports continuous, reliable and remote health monitoring.

The project includes a central management platform, supporting subsystems and smart devices for collecting vital parameters such as heart rate, blood oxygen levels and body temperature, with the aim of enabling early detection of critical incidents and better coordination of actions.

01

Early Detection

Identification of deviations from normal values through smart devices and algorithmic processing.

02

Immediate Notification

Real-time updates to authorized users, organizations, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

03

Coordinated Response

Decision support and action coordination for the management of high-priority incidents.

Smart Devices

Devices that turn measurement into immediate digital insight.

Biometric data collection devices act as a critical link between the end user and the central platform, enabling accurate acquisition and transmission of health data.

Case Study / Use Scenario

How eHEALTH-PLATFORM is used in practice.

The platform is designed to support different user profiles, with the goal of enabling timely intervention, remote monitoring and improved quality of life.

Scenario 01

Support for an elderly person through remote monitoring

An elderly user living alone is monitored through a smart device, which collects key vital parameters and sends them to the platform.

1

The device captures heart rate, SpO₂ and temperature measurements.

2

The system detects a possible deviation from normal thresholds.

3

An alert is generated and the responsible operator or caregiver is notified.

4

The action is recorded and the appropriate intervention is initiated.

High Priority Alert

Scenario 02

Monitoring a person with a chronic condition requiring continuous supervision

The platform enables continuous monitoring of users with chronic conditions, facilitating early detection of deterioration and better incident management.

1

Measurements are periodically transmitted from the device to the platform.

2

Trends and deviations are evaluated based on configurable thresholds.

3

Healthcare professionals have a complete view of the historical data.

4

Timely decision-making is supported to help prevent deterioration.

Monitoring Event
